One Light is a staffing agency with a particular talent for matching the right person to the right room. Brand ambassadors, promotional models, production assistants, full event crews. We read the brief, we read the room, and we send people who fit both.
Then we handle the parts nobody writes home about. Recruiting, vetting, scheduling, coordination, payroll, and a lead on site when you want one.

I spent years working events before I ran a company that staffs them. I know what a great crew feels like, and I know what it costs you when they're not. That's the whole reason One Light exists.
